Returns & Refunds

We want every Say It With Scripture gift to arrive beautifully. If something is wrong, email abi@sayitwithscripture.com with your order number.

30-day returns

Requests for returns may be made within 30 days of delivery. Eligible goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with original tags and packaging. Please contact us for approval and return instructions before posting an item.

Exceptions

Opened or used soaps, skincare, bath products, and candles cannot be returned for change of mind. Personalized or clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or incorrect. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging and your order number. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return shipping when the item is incorrect or defective.

Return postage and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the issue was our error or the law requires it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of approved returned items; bank processing times vary.
